Khadi Gramodyog Vikas Yojana (KGVY)

A umbrella scheme of “Khadi Gramodyog Vikas Yojana” has two major components for the development of Khadi and Village Industries (KVI) programme.

I. Khadi Vikas Yojana(KVY)- wherein the activities carried out under Khadi are grouped and
II. Gramodyog Vikas Yojana(GVY)-wherein the activities carried out under different village industries are grouped.

Must be an Indian citizen.
Age between 18 and 55 years (may vary for specific sub-schemes).
Possess a valid Aadhar card or other government-issued ID.
Not be a beneficiary of similar schemes for the same purpose.
Preference given to SC/ST/Women/Unemployed Youth/BPL categories.
