Company Structure and Location
Be legally incorporated and operating as a for-profit entity in Malaysia or Vietnam.
Have at least one full-time founder based in Asia.
Solution and Impact
Offer a market-based solution that addresses sustainability challenges in Southeast Asia.
Business Operations
Be in compliance with all local fiscal and business laws.
Have a minimum viable product (MVP) launched.
Have raised less than USD 1 million in equity funding.
Demonstrate meaningful customer or business validation. This could include metrics such as:
