• Alaska Fit (Essential): All program sessions (in-person and virtual) require an executive's attendance, ideally the CEO. Additional team members are welcome at any session.
• Company Type (Essential): Partner exclusively with scalable, for-profit companies.
• Communication Skills (Essential): A strong command of written, spoken, and read English is crucial for program participation.
• Tech Savvy (Essential): Familiarity or willingness to learn Zoom, Google Workspace, and Monday.com is required.
• Time Commitment (Important): Virtual program sessions and customer meetings occur during Alaska working hours (GMT-9) if accepted.
• Climate Impact Focus (Essential): Company's core mission should address climate change through solutions in:
• Energy: Clean energy generation (solar, wind, etc.), grid management, energy storage, and more!
• Transportation: Electric vehicles, autonomous systems, sustainable aviation, and the future of mobility.
• Industry: Robotics, automation, low-carbon processes, and anything that can green Alaska's industrial sector.
