Program Criteria
  • **Alaska Fit (Essential): **All program sessions (in-person and virtual) require an executive's attendance, ideally the CEO. Additional team members are welcome at any session.
  • Company Type (Essential): Partner exclusively with scalable, for-profit companies.
  • Communication Skills (Essential): A strong command of written, spoken, and read English is crucial for program participation.
  • **Tech Savvy (Essential): **Familiarity or willingness to learn Zoom, Google Workspace, and Monday.com is required.
  • Time Commitment (Important): Virtual program sessions and customer meetings occur during Alaska working hours (GMT-9) if accepted.
  • **Climate Impact Focus (Essential): **Company's core mission should address climate change through solutions in:
  • Energy: Clean energy generation (solar, wind, etc.), grid management, energy storage, and more!
  • Transportation: Electric vehicles, autonomous systems, sustainable aviation, and the future of mobility.
  • **Industry: **Robotics, automation, low-carbon processes, and anything that can green Alaska's industrial sector.
Additional Details
  • Living in Alaska isn't mandatory to join the Tech Deployment Track. However, the program aims to connect participating companies with valuable resources in Alaska, like funding, clients, advisors, and even future hires.
  • While non-US companies can participate, they might need to set up a US presence eventually. This could be necessary to qualify for investments or collaborate with specific partners.
