Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - ESG

ReNew is looking for high calibre and passionate individual to support the fast-paced sustainability and ESG work. She/he will be responsible for integrating sustainability across all business units, rolling out new sustainability initiatives, ensuring timeliness of plans and implementation of internal sustainability goals and milestones. She/ he would also be responsible for working towards improving ReNew’s ESG performance.

• Roles and Responsibilities :Support the sustainability and ESG agenda, objectives, goals, and programmes by coordinating with different business units
• Facilitate the collection and validation of ESG data on a regular/monthly basis for manufacturing plant
• Conduct ESG Data Analytics to ensure the effectiveness of ESG implementation and all the related initiatives in the plant.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on sustainability programmes, risks, opportunities including ESG due diligence
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support the reporting and disclosures for all manufacturing to rating agencies, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and review internal control mechanisms and standard.
• Support in ESG committee meetings held by HO & prepare dashboard accordingly.
  Periodic review of ESG implementation and on-site audits.
