Program Structure

Kick-off (29 July - 9 August 2024): Introduction to the program, cohort, investors, alumni, and the wider community, setting the foundation for the journey ahead.
Sales & Partnerships (9 - 20 September 2024): Workshops and introductions to industry partners focusing on securing valuable partnerships with large corporates and utilities to enhance sales efforts.
International Expansion (14 - 25 October 2024): Guidance on crafting an overseas expansion strategy, coupled with introductions to contacts capable of supporting the execution of growth plans in international markets.
Capital Raising (11 - 22 November 2024): Training sessions and feedback on perfecting pitch presentations, followed by introductions to prominent investors in Australia's climate tech and energy sector to facilitate fundraising efforts.
Graduation (9 - 13 December 2024): A culmination of the program, featuring wrap-up events to showcase participants' achievements, including a public event aimed at further elevating their profiles.
