  • Entity:
  • Must be a for-profit business legally incorporated and operational in at least one of the following African countries: Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, or South Africa.
  • Solution:
  • Develop a market-based tech solution that addresses sustainability challenges in one or more of the listed African countries.
  • Compliance:
  • Operate in full compliance with local fiscal and business laws.
  • Stage of Development:
  • Possess a minimum viable product (MVP) with demonstrated traction.
  • Have raised less than USD 1 million in equity funding.
  • Validation:
  • Demonstrate meaningful customer or business validation through revenue generation, successful pilot studies, a significant user base, or established strategic partnerships.
  • Team:ica
